Cancellation Policy

You MUST cancel your appointment and reschedule within 48 hours of your appointments. There is absolutely no rescheduling the day of. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you must re-schedule for another time. Please be respectful of your makeup artist's and other client's time. Same day may be available for those 15 minutes late, depending on the schedule for the day.
